TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF READ RECEIPT
1. *Assumption of Receipt*:
- After a period of 14 calendar days from the date of sending the correspondence, it will be assumed that the client has read and understood the document if no queries or further questions have been raised.
2. *Responsibility to Review*:
- The client is responsible for reviewing the document within the specified period. Any failure to do so will not constitute an excuse for non-compliance with the terms outlined in the document.
3. *Communication of Queries*:
- Any questions or clarifications regarding the document must be communicated within the 14-day period. These communications should be made through the designated contact methods provided in the document.
4. *Effective Date*:
- The terms and conditions within the document will become effective 14 days after the document has been sent if no queries are raised by the client.
5. *Notification of Send*:
- The date of sending the document will be considered as the date it is dispatched via the agreed-upon method (e.g., email, postal service).
6. *Acknowledgment of Terms*:
- By not raising any queries or further questions within the 14-day period, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions contained in the document.
7. *Modification and Updates*:
- Any modifications to these terms and conditions will be communicated to the client, and the same 14-day period for raising queries or concerns will apply to the revised document.
8. *Legal Binding*:
- These terms and conditions are legally binding upon the client once the 14-day period has elapsed without any queries being raised, and they will be enforceable as per applicable laws and regulations.
